Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the coaching services provided by Selenite Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide one-to-one online coaching by video call, including a free intro call, individual sessions and multi-session programs. The scope, number of sessions and price of each service are agreed with you in writing before you pay.

2. Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on your goals and actions. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, or legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them. You remain responsible for your own decisions and results. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.

4. Booking, payment and invoices

Sessions and programs are paid in advance through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are stated in the currency shown at the time of purchase. We issue a receipt or invoice for every payment.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be treated as delivered.
• If you buy a program and have not yet attended a session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After sessions have started, unused sessions in a program can be refunded on a pro rata basis if you request it in writing.
• If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a new date or a refund for that session.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

6. Confidentiality

We treat what you share in sessions as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or to protect someone from serious harm. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to attend sessions on time and to treat us respectfully. You may not record sessions without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website and any materials we provide to you remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use materials we give you for your personal use only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on your own decisions and actions. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book a service applies to that service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
